Islamic Relief is the largest international NGO operating in Kashmir – and is an English NGO. It has been working there for over 5 years. IR has partnered with IHP in monitoring the local distribution of medicines in Kashmir and coordinating on the ground with the Ministry of Health, WHO and Army.
