Payroll Giving is the easiest, most tax-effective way to donate towards the work of IHP on a regular basis. If you earn a salary or pay into a pension, you can give a donation each month to IHP from your pay packet.

How does it work?

  • Choose how much you want to donate
  • Your donation comes out of your wages on payday
  • The taxman gives us the tax on your donation at no extra cost to you

Why is it tax effective?

This is because your donation gets deducted from your salary pre-tax. This means that money that would usually go to HMRC, will instead be put towards supporting IHP in delivering lifesaving medicine around the world. For example, if you donate £10.00 a month, only £8.00 comes out of your salary and the HMRC Pays the rest, whilst IHP will receive the full £10.00 donation.
