Our team

Senior Management Team

Adele Paterson

Chief Executive Officer

Following a successful career as a political researcher, Adele worked for an east London charity, creating partnerships with corporate sector organisaions to encourage regeneration. She returned to the economic policy arena as head of policy for a financial trade association and in 2008 joined International Health Partners to support (and then lead) our corporate partnerships. Adele was appointed CEO in October 2017.

 


Tina Grear

Chief Operating Officer

After many years as an international human rights lobbyist, Tina’s passion for strategic planning and best practice led her into charity management. Over 20 years she has held senior roles in the voluntary sector including at CSW, VSO and the Tutu Foundation. She joined International Health Partners in 2015 and has oversight of finance, governance, business planning, HR and fundraising.

 


Louise Hart

Director of Programmes

Louise has a wealth of experience in the aid sector and has held roles in international charities including Christian Aid, Plan International UK and WaterAid. Louise joined us in September 2016 to lead and develop our healthcare and humanitarian programmes across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean.

 


Colleen Harrisson-Dodds

Director of Logistics and Systems

Colleen joined International Health Partners in September 2015 after a career in publishing, where she managed international trade sales for a travel guide and language books publisher.

Her role involves ensuring that we deliver product donations efficiently and effectively to our NGO partners around the world. As our resident technical guru, Colleen also maintains the Donations Platform website.
